How we handle personal information

AI4All.Business is a small consultancy in the United Kingdom, founded by Mick Haythorne. This page explains how we handle personal information. It is written in plain English for a small practice. It is not legal advice for a complicated situation.

When you use the contact form, your details are emailed to support@ai4all.business and a short thank-you email is sent to the address you provide. We use that information only to reply to your enquiry.

What this website collects

The contact form is a mailto: link. It opens your email app and prepares a message to support@ai4all.business. That message may include your name, business name, email address, the type of help you selected, and anything you write in the message.

Analytics uses Google Analytics 4 (G-HMD87XRLWK) with Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics storage is denied until you tap Accept on the cookie banner. Reject keeps Analytics cookies off (Google may still receive cookieless pings under Consent Mode). We do not run advertising cookies. You can change your choice any time via Cookie settings in the footer. The banner explains this on every page; Analytics cookies run only after Accept.

How we use enquiry details

We use what you send to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the service. We do not sell your information.

Client material and AI assistants

If we build an AI assistant for you, we only use your business material — such as service descriptions or approved customer information — to train or configure that assistant with your permission. We do not use one client’s material to train systems for another client.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to provide the service and keep proper records. If a message did not lead to work, you can ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@ai4all.business.

The client login page

The client portal is in development. Secure usernames and passwords will only be activated once the authentication system and data permissions have been completed and tested. That page is not collecting login details yet.

When this page will change

We will update this note if we add advertising cookies, a hosted form provider, or other technologies that are not strictly needed to serve the pages. Cookie choices already work through the live banner: Accept turns Analytics on; Reject keeps Analytics cookies off; Cookie settings in the footer lets you change your mind.
